The 65 square meter apartment is composed of: entrance hall; large living room with TV, air conditioning, dining table and large double sofa bed (160x190cm); large bedroom with TV, air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers and double bed (160x190cm); eat-in kitchen with TV, table, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, utensils for eating and cooking; large and comfortable bathroom with shower. The apartment is also served by a central heating system and is easily accessible to people with reduced mobility, thanks to an access ramp to the entrance door and the presence of an elevator.

The tourist lease is a form of hospitality that requires signing a lease. Guests must also show their identity documents upon arrival to communicate their stay to the competent public security authorities, as required by Italian law.
The apartment I provide is not a five-star hotel, therefore, if you are looking for particularly luxurious contexts, I invite you to go elsewhere. The photos and the description faithfully reflect what my accommodation offers, nothing more and nothing less. Anything that does not appear in the announcement will not be due nor taken for granted. The prices charged are appropriate to the type of accommodation made available, far from being comparable to a cheap hostel, and whose maintenance involves numerous expenses and taxes to be paid.
